The activity on Friday morning for Nganjuk Regency BPS employees began with GEMATI "Friendly Healthy Friday Movement" which was guided by a gymnastics instructor. Gymnastics is not only attended by employees but also interns at BPS. Accompanied by energetic songs, all participants enthusiastically followed the instructor's movements. Regular exercise is carried out by BPS Nganjuk Regency every Friday to form a healthy mind. With a healthy soul, you can carry out optimal activities so as to produce excellent output.
