BPS-Statistics of Nganjuk Regency once again held KUPAS (Harmonious Morning Routine) on Wednesday, 19 August 2026. As part of Change Management, the activity was led by Anita Rafiqa Zein.
KUPAS provides an opportunity for coordination, checking team readiness and completeness, and maintaining a strong sense of togetherness in carrying out daily tasks. The activity also supports the readiness of all teams in carrying out the various stages of the 2026 Economic Census (SE2026).
On this occasion, employees were also encouraged to remain optimistic and face every challenge with patience. A verse from the Qur'an was shared as a reminder:
“Fa inna ma'al-'usri yusra, inna ma'al-'usri yusra.”
“Indeed, with hardship comes ease. Indeed, with hardship comes ease.” ❤️
The message serves as a reminder that every difficulty encountered in carrying out our duties will be accompanied by ease.
Through KUPAS, BPS-Statistics of Nganjuk Regency continues to foster communication, togetherness, and a positive work spirit to support the effective implementation of its duties, including the successful implementation of SE2026.
