In order to improve employee discipline, BPS Nganjuk Regency holds an assembly every Monday. The assembly led by the Head of General Affairs, Ida Ayu Damayanti, S.ST conveyed the mandate regarding cleanliness and BMN goods. Every employee must maintain the cleanliness of the work environment and maintain BMN goods by maintaining IT devices and reporting if there are damaged infrastructure.
