In order to improve performance accountability, on the last Monday of 2024, precisely on December 30, 2024, BPS Nganjuk Regency held a "serasi" evaluation meeting. In serasi, the leadership conveyed to all employees to improve their competence and be ready to be placed anywhere. The leadership also expressed appreciation for the performance achievements achieved by all teams in 2024. These achievements were obtained from the results of the BPS Province evaluation of the reports that had been made by the team, where the report described the activities that had been carried out by BPS and what follow-up actions had been taken. The leadership's message was for all employees to document every activity carried out, because it would help in compiling the report.
