As one of the implementations of the core value of having morals, BPS Nganjuk Regency carries out gymnastics every Friday with the branding "Gemati" which means Radiant Healthy Friday Movement. Apart from being a manifestation of core values, gymnastics is carried out to maintain employees' physical fitness amidst the large amount of work that must be done. All employees, including the Head of BPS, do Gemati enthusiastically following the gym instructor.
